WING SIANG LONG PTE LTD was first established in 1970 as WING SIANG LONG TRADING COMPANY in Singapore, serving wholesalers within the ASEAN region. In 1996, it was incorporated into Wing Siang Long (WSL) Pte Ltd. Since then we have expanded our business to the Philippines in 2004, Malaysia in 2005 and Indonesia in 2012, with plans to expand further in the Asia Pacific region.

WSL is a leading distributor of home textiles, with our core strengths in towels, bed linens and mattresses. In Singapore, our products can be found offline in retail outlets such as Takashimaya, Metro, Tangs, OG, Harvey Norman, Courts, Mustafa, NTUC Fairprice and previously at Robinsons department store. Offline, it can be found on Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Zalora, Robinsons online and its own Canopy Home website.

Having established close relationships with various European partners, we are the official distributors of well-known brands such as BOSS Home, Yves Delorme, Roberto Cavalli, Dorelan, Lacoste Home, Kenzo Home, Hypnos, Abyss & Habidecor and möve, among many others. WSL also develops our own private labels. Over the years, we created numerous private labels present within leading Southeast Asian retailers such as Kinu, m. maison and maison de Claudia.

Our products are procured from all over Europe and Southeast Asia, as well as Turkey, China, Pakistan and India. With our vast global sourcing network and sound credentials, WSL provides superior value and quality merchandise to our business partners.

Recently, WSL has opened its first retail outlet “Luxeroom” located at the prestigious Raffles Hotel Arcade. LuxeRoom lends a luxurious touch to intimate spaces with carefully curated pieces for the home sourced from all over the world, ranging from exquisitely crafted bed linen to towels, bathroom accessories, mattresses and home décor.

Milestones

1970

• Set up WING SIANG LONG TRADING COMPANY
• Started supplying stationery, sundry, garment and textiles to Indonesia as an exclusive distributor with a few popular brands from China

1980

• Started wholesale in Singapore for home textiles
• Exported home textiles to Malaysia and the Philippines

1996

• Incorporated to WING SIANG LONG PTE LTD
• Exported kitchen towels to Japan

1998

Supplied to Carrefour, kick starting our modern trade

1999

Exported beach towels to Belgium, France and the US

2004

• Started our joint venture company with our existing customers in the Philippines, Canopy Home Philippines Co. Inc.
• Launched the Canopy label for towels
• Launched Kinu in Robinsons, Singapore

2005

Started our sales & distribution company, CANOPY HOME (M) SDN BHD, in Malaysia

2006

Launched Hotel Collection as a private label for Robinsons

2007

Launched Kinu in Malaysia, in conjunction with Robinsons and their private label Hotel Collection

2008
